How It Works
1. Make sure they apply
To apply you have to fill out an online application at HigherMe.
2. They will be scheduled for an interview
We will invite your friend to our first round and potentially a final interview, during both interviews make sure your friend mentions your name. If your name is not mentioned during the interview process you will not be eligible to receive the bonus.
3. Selection, 90-days & 6 months
For both Front of House and Heart of House the first bonus round will be $25.
If the team member that you referred stays past 90 days you will receive another increment. For Front of House referrals you will receive $25, and for Heart of House you will receive $50. If the team member that you referred stays past 6 months, you will receive the final increment. For Front of House referrals you will receive $50, and for Heart of House you will receive $50.
